BHRemovals Posted July 12, 2011 Share Posted July 12, 2011 I remember a case about 20 years ago when a jack russell fellin the sea at blackpool, its owner then dived in to save it, and stared to drown, a police man, dived into sae the owner, this policeman stared drowning, when his colloeague a wpc dived into save him. I guess that, nowadays, no-one's allowed to leap into the water unless in possession of a quadruplicate and embossed certificate guaranteeing 'elf 'n safety seaworthiness.
