Cheapest hol abroad early Sept for families?

Hello all

 

I am in the middle of searching but wanted to ask opinions of where would be the cheapest/best place to go abroad on holiday early Sept?

 

Not been abroad for years other than last year at the same time but totally forgot what was cheapest- we went to Majorca to Calas De Mallorca I think it was (!). Hotel was great but area was boring.

 

Am guessing probably mainland Spain but is there anywhere else? Or whereabouts in mainland Spain is it is Spain?

 

If Europe we definately need All Inclusive. A friend went to Bulgaria a few years ago and stayed B&B as she said it was really cheap btu not sure if this is still the case, or where would be best to go? Is it ok weather-wise in Sept?

 

ETA: Does anyone know of websites doing a low-deposit offer? Trying Travel Republic atm but the deposit is something we can't afford just now all at once and full balance due in a month anyway which would be 12 weeks before. Guessing it's going to be the same most places.. so we are probably looking at last min booking if we go at all- which all depends on price.

 

Also not sure if anywhere does free child places these days (without the holiday just costing more in other places)?
