Jeffrey Shaw
Women who have been in the queue for ages in front of you doing nothing. Then when it comes to pay they're fumbling about their bag for 10 minutes looking for their purse. GET IT READY IN THE QUEUE IF YOU'RE DOING NOTHING. Worse: shops (Tesco, you know who you are) with umpteen tills but NONE manned in the evening/overnight. Yes, there's self-scanning. Yes, there's one harassed employee trying to marshall the scanners' problems. "Unexpected item in bagging area"? No, unexpected cackhandedness in the management area!
