llamatron
Hi all, Has anyone got a good (non pretentious) quote or short poem about a journey or adventure for a photo book present I am making? The best I have got is: “We may run, walk, stumble, drive, or fly, but let us never lost sight of the reason for the journey, or miss a chance to see a rainbow on the way.” I also like: It’s a dangerous business, Frodo, going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don’t keep your feet, there’s no knowing where you might be swept off to.”” — J.R.R. Tolkien
MrBump
I like this one but maybe not bang on for an adventure. .... A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Lao-tzu, The Way of Lao-tzu Chinese philosopher (604 BC - 531 BC).

Just found these: May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. May your mountains rise into and above the clouds. - Edward Abbey I wish you a very good journey to an unknown you've never seen. Pieter V Admiraal I feel like I should write something myself but I'm not very good at poetry type stuff!
