IT WILL NOT! We have many English born wealthy people in England already and all they do is shaft us and avoid paying tax. They are only interested in making themselves richer and more powerful. I think many people are fed up of the wealthy getting away with paying very little in tax, which is why I'm looking at Hollande's social experiment with great interest: Will the wealthy stay and cough up 75%, or leave the country and pay 0%? I wish they would all sod off to France! What's the latest line that the tories are trotting out? It goes something along the lines of, "Without wealth creators there would be no wealth." What a load of rubbish, there will always be someone to talk their place once they have left and we all know it's just an empty threat anyway. There have been a couple of articles in right-wing papers that seem to revolve around a couple of anecdotes from some wealthy bankers. It helps keep the illusion going that everything is great in the UK. Don't worry though none of these rich french people will be moving to Sheffield. The anecdotes are about people moving to London.
