Isabelle
Lately I keep getting dizzy spells, even when I'm sat down. It comes on suddenly, my head spins and I feel like I am going to pass out. Also I keep getting palpitations, and am incredibly tired I don't drink caffeinated drinks, don't smoke, and hardly ever drink alcohol. I just don't know why I am so dizzy And before anyone says, it's not because I am blonde

tasha_78_1
It could be high or low blood pressure, low blood sugar, or labyrynthitis, or something else completely. Speak to your doctor.
