L00b Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 Pea soup, with a 'floater' of a flash-steamed black pudding slice and a lightly fried scallop. It shouldn't, but...hell yes! Whoever thought of it first = Genius. With a big 'G'. On the same theme, prawns and/or scallops panfried with garlic (...normal so far), but flash-fried in Pastis (pour a capful and light up) to finish.
