Wore his seatbelt. Drunk driver, excessive speed and a sudden stop into a concrete wall are what killed her maybe if she had worn her seatbelt she would have survived. Afcourse they didn't want to diturb the royal bloodlines She was an idiot who didn't wear her seatbelt, travelling in a car with a driver whose blood-alcohol was something like twice the UK drink-drive limit. They crashed, she died. She would not have died had the same circumstances happened and she had her seatbelt on. That's all there is to know.
