Stoatwobbler
Mr Blair is thought to believe that enough time has passed for people to have forgotten the disastrous effect of the Iraq war on his image I don't see how it's possible to forget the Iraq war, or for that matter a number of other bad policies pioneered by Blair from PFI to tuition fees, not to mention the toxic brand of careerist politics he pioneered and which is prevalent in all 3 parties now. And another thing, why do politicans think that people will magically forget bad policies, sleaze and the like?
I1L2T3
A tax-avoiding war criminal who works for a major casino bank and does PR for dictatorships? Stay away Tony.

Blair will be welcomed here with open arms. That ol' Selective Socialist Amnesia is very infectious.

That ol' Selective Socialist Amnesia is very infectious. I'ved lived for a time in places where a donkey wearing a blue rosette is guaranteed election as well. That sort of tribal loyalty is highly unhealthy either way as it produces politicians who think they can get away with whatever they like.
