Penistone999
their income must be affected soon, as it becomes clearer to all that the charges are unlikely to be upheld in a court. This article taken from Excel`s own website is priceless. They accuse other "Rogue companies" of giving the parking industry a bad name ,and even call them cowboys . :hihi: You really couldnt make this up http://www.excelparking.co.uk/index.php/media/news/129-what-the-clamping-ban-means-to-you
Cyclone
I have had four "Invoices" from Excel in the last 18 months , which ive totally ignored ,then i received all the subsequent idle threats, lies and fake solicitors letters , again ignored ,and ive never once been taken to court. They are pathetic . Once you could put down as a mistake, but are you deliberately parking where you know you don't have permission and then thinking it's clever that you get away with it? All four were from different car parks ,and all for slightly overstaying the allowed time. Not deliberate , just something im pretty sure many others have also done.
