Excel/VCS lose in Court (+ Tribunal)

Recommended Posts

I understand they also make good cat litter. It would be nice if one of the fearless reporters from the Star/Telegraph try and get a word with Excel or Vehicle Control Services.

Perhaps the solicitor (was it really a solicitor?) who represented them would like to make the case for the "unenforceable invoices"?

And the business model has already been to a higher court in case anyone asks.

Their solicitor is an idiot. I've met him myself!

Do we know who he is or whom he works for? I need to make sure I never use him!!

If he is from Excel I suggest he is probably a para-legal. They were advertising for a litigator a while ago.

Seems like they will not need one now!
