It would be nice if one of the fearless reporters from the Star/Telegraph try and get a word with Excel or Vehicle Control Services. Perhaps the solicitor (was it really a solicitor?) who represented them would like to make the case for the "unenforceable invoices"? If he is from Excel I suggest he is probably a para-legal. They were advertising for a litigator a while ago. Seems like they will not need one now!
