Suffragette1
A lot of so-called recruitment experts cannot cope with extensive text so a digestible format is welcomed,if only to accelerate the time it will take to reject your application. Short paragraphs under emboldened headings with clear spacing makes it far easier on the eye. I work in the public sector and unless the applicant demonstrates that they have met the essential criteria they will not be selected for interview, regardless of the format of their supporting statement.
