Syrian Massacre

Recommended Posts

plenty better than you, obviously.

Israelis are just like everybody else and they're going to be upset, when they go to youtube or wherever and they see fellow human beings who are getting slaughtered every day by some Arab dictatorship or another, especially when it's Syria, and it could behappening only 100km or less from where they live.

however their political logic is going to overrule that. They'll come to the conclusion that as long as the Syrians are fighting each other, then they can't fight us.

may I remind you that Syria, pre and post Assad alike, have been a bitter enemy of Israel since 1948.

You need to be a Mid East Geo-Politics guru to realise that Syria would be an enemy of a Country that has defied so many un resolutions and annexed Syrian Territory?

only after it was attacked by Syria. The Syrians wanted to take all of Israel. But they failed. Israel ended up taking a tiny part of Syria, although it could have taken almost everything and bombed them to atoms. Hard luck. Better luck next time.

Syria is obviously one of those countries is much better at being a police state, and repressing its own people, than protecting them from somebody else.

I wouldn't be all that surprised if Iraq decides to help themselves to Syria at some point in the future. There must be some people there who realise they might be able to make it happen. All bets are on, or off when it comes to the Middle East. Anything can happen. It's the world's most unstable region, just in case you didn't know already - and most of it, is nothing to do with Israel.

I am well aware of the instability.

The US Dog being wagged by the Israeli tail doesn't increase stability.

just ridiculous. Arabs are killing other Arabs every single day in the hundreds in a conflict in Syria that has nothing whatsoever to do with Israel and/or the Jews, and this racist antisemite is trying to hijack the topic to defame Israel.

pathetic.

We have the Vice PM of Israel calling for the West to overthrow the Syrian Regime, you in your infinite wisdom assure us that he is lying and doesn't mean it.

We have an Ex-CIA analyst(Head of the bin-Laden unit) telling us that the Israel Lobby owns Congress.

That makes me an anti-semite?

no it just makes you an idiot.

he didn't mention the West. Most Arab invasions, of of other Arab/Muslim countries, have been done by other Arab/Muslim countries.

if anybody is going to make any intervention in Syria, the likeliest are the Turks. However the Arabs aren't going to like that, because as everybody that has got the tiniest amount of knowledge about the Middle East knows, the Arabs and the Turks have hated each other to an advanced level, for many many centuries, before the modern manifestation of Israel turned up in the region. The Turk-Arab alliance will be a very difficult alliance to fix. I can't stress enough, how much they have historically hated each other's guts.

so it's difficult. But not impossible. Incredible thing, the Arab Spring. But we always knew it was going to take 50 years at least.

Israel will doing everything it can in Syria.Anything that will undermine Iran is a huge plus to Israel.True ,Arabs kill each other every day,you only have to look on Liveleak to see killings every day and it will come down to genocide as it gets more sectarian with the ruling Alawites knowing they will be slaughtered by the Sunni Muslims if they lose.

Iran has special forces in Syria and Iran will do everything they can to keep Assad in power. If Assad falls it will weaken Hezbollah in Lebanon which are the footholds that Iran will want to keep at any cost in the Arab world.

Israel will want to keep them destabilized as much as possible.

so it's difficult. But not impossible. .

"1)We cannot get involved, for understandable reasons. 2)But I think that the West, led by the United States, has an interest in guarding the threshold (so) genocide does not take place."

1) Israel ducks the fight.

2) The West led by US can pay to have their sons die.

Israel is about the same size as Wales . Israeli scientists developed contact lenses - thankyou . It was an Israeli who developed texting then sold the idea .

This is a country who have massive brains , and worship football , just like their neighbouring Egyptians and probably the rest of the world .

We are all human , F"$% the Daily Mail and their evil posts ( they tried to have a go when Ian Hislop applied to his local council to add a gym and fruit bush , got refused ) . Mail still ran an article on his £4m property though
