neeeeeeeeeek
The Times On-line was one of the sites I used to check out while I was at work, but obviously it's subscription only now so I stopped. I remember when they announced that it was to be charged for, they implied that everyone will soon be doing it, but so far no other papers have followed suit. Does anyone here pay for it? Kthebean
Last time I was on a train the man sat opposite me had paid more to download The Sunday Times to his ipad than I had to buy a paper copy. Madness.

I have a subscription to The Times [paper copy]; this confers 'free' online access. I'd be surprised if anyone thought its website sufficiently good value to buy access only. It costs £2 per week, I think, on an electronic subscription. http://www.timesplus.co.uk/tto/news/?login=false&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thetimes.co.uk%2Ftto%2Fnews%2F%3Flightbox%3Dfalse
Forumosaurus
The only really good quality news source is the BBC news website. If you pay your TV license and choose to subscribe to The Times online, you're a bit of a mug. Mainly because it offers nothing more than the BBC site. Jim Graham
I have mine delivered and then have my man iron it before reading. It just jolly well hasn't been the same since that wretched foreigner chappy bought it up and started putting colour pictures in it. Whatever next?
