It should read "102 applications for Gay Pride Rallies in Moscow have not been approved" I guess that Sheffield City Council would reject an application for rallies so far into the future. You missed this bit then. I looked behind the propaganda to see what actually occurred. No "ban" has been issued. 102 applications have been ignored. The "100 Year Ban" headline was prepared as far back as August last year, before the applications were even submitted. Put in a similar application to SCC and it will be sent back to you without permission being granted. Would you equally claim a "100 year ban" had been issued?
