Comfortable, exceptionally clean, great beer (replacing Strongbow with Thatcher's cider) and brilliant food. The chicken wings were excellent and real value for money. The regulars were coming back and people like me who had no reason to venture that far south, decided to give it another go and we too became regulars. All anathema to Enterprise Inns, of course who hiked the rent up in their usual manner which, as is their wont, saw Chris and Gill leave. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
