Tetsudo teaches effective combat skills through practical self defence and artistic movements. We train the mind, body and spirit to develop focus, control and technique. The Wednesday class is ideal for beginners and will help you build fitness, flexibility and ability. Open for all from 16+, men and women. First class free, £4 after.
