Need help finding my dad

I am trying to find my dad, his name is niel/neil foster, he's from woodhouse. I don't know much about him except his mother's name is mary foster, his farther's name is dave foster and he has a sister called claire (she is married and has a son). Only other things I can think of are Census records, maybe try the Central Lending Library in Sheffield as they will have this information.

Have a look at the electoral roll on http://www.192.com - you can get so far without having to pay for searches. Do you know their rough ages? They have details of a David + Mary foster aged 60-65 living in Woodhouse.
