Teddybare
Off to canada 11th July.... Forever? Take plenty of warm clothes. It's 3 coats colder over there. Might want a gun for the bears too. Not sure if they're susceptible to KAPAP

buck
Regardless of what old "content removed " has to say, the summers are quite warm, at least below the tree line. While the winters can be challenging, many Canadians tend to prefer the winter. Just find yourself a hockey team to support instead of Wednesday or United and a pub to enjoy it in, and you're made for life. Welcome to a great country. Harleyman
If you're moving permanently and headed for western Canada (round Vancouver way) you wont need any heavy winter clothing. Winters are mild with a bit of rain, IMO Vancouver is one of the best places to live in every way.
