Immigrant to sue the UK for £11 million - for making him UNHAPPY

Recommended Posts

Mr Kiunsi, who is still here, complains that the state has failed to provide the family with their ‘basic needs’ of accommodation and food, so he has had to pay rent, council tax and other living expenses himself.

Conservative MP Philip Davies yesterday described the case as ‘outrageous’ and added: ‘The whole thing is completely ridiculous. This just goes to show how so many people see the UK as a soft touch.’

They should give him everything he deserves which is a one way ticket out of the country today and a ban on ever returning.

If you ban someone returning to the UK it will not stop them returning.

Is that because we have incompetent and lax border controls?

Nah ! It's because this crass government that we have will do a u turn on the decision to expel immigrants because it infringes their civil rights.

It is farcical the way the borders agency is run, people get away with staying here when they are told they cannot. What is worrying as well is, will the taxpayer get lumbered with the costs for such a ridiculous claim, never mind the lawyers will be smiling.

Its also farcical how certain newspapers decide what to print. I'd hope by publicising this case, the outcome will be that the UKBA will speed up his removal.
