KARATE DAVE Posted June 18, 2012 Share Posted June 18, 2012 It's certainly an idea worth trying. it is worth trying. it would be great if everyone realised that if they burnt off just a few more calories than they had taken in, they would gradually begin to lose weight and feel better in the process. this is not a new fad idea. we all did it at school, and that was the reason why. I wouldnt say obese people are lazy or anything so cruel, but I would say that a little education goes a long way. after all, its our future generations that are coming into this fast food world that seems so acceptable.
