She asked at the travel agent about wedding packages, and there are hotels with wedding licenses, who will sort everything out for you and you can get married there. I don't know exactly what you need to do beforehand, but if you book an actual wedding package with the travel agent it should be a lot more straightforward than booking the holiday and trying to plan the wedding stuff yourself.
