PeteMorris
The NWB website message is still the same as at 1300hrs. It's quite appalling really. It's all over the internet and twitter etc....
PeteMorris
Here's a quote from NW online banking log-in page: Over 1000 of our branches will be open until 7pm tonight to help customers with enquiries or who need access to their cash. Our branches open on Saturday will extend working hours to 6pm, and these branches will also be open this Sunday from 9am to 12pm Looks like they don't foresee it being fixed at all over the weekend! Jeffrey Shaw
That's the problem. You get a fix but it soon wears off and then you need a bigger one. Or so I've heard!
SterlingPoun
What did we ever do before computers? Had a 5 minute power cut earlier on which was bad enough! Fingers crossed they get this one sorted out soon. Of course no compensation and what's the guess that people are going to get penalised for paying bills late? Lets hope they eventually erroneously credit my account too much, and add a few noughts to the balance! Then have no clue who they did it to!...
