If only the woman on the bus had tried to make a joke out of it before it got to the really abusive stage.....but, then again, she wouldn't have got thousands of dollars out of it. Actually I don't think she had any idea that people would give her shed loads of money, it's just a shame that the situation wasn't dealt with a lot earlier but it appears that it was just her and the driver on the bus so it may never have been highlighted if a kid hadn't recorded it and put it on the internet. The most high profile of these is supervisory / managerial. If you do not have the confidence and authority about you, you are done. You don't need to be a bully, or authoritarian, but you need to keep just a little distance.
