Anna B
Barclays chairman to resign. I wonder what sort of monetary compensation he'll pocket. So, they've thrown Marcus Agius to the wolves, but it's Bob Diamond the public want to lynch. I'm not sure this will appease anyone. And I'm sure questions will be asked if he gets any sort of grand payout.
green
We want a lot more than just the Chairman and a few choice charlatans that even the elite are glad to be rid of.... Plus Marcus now has more time on his hands, to do his other job over at the BBC. Covering up stories no doubt...
Anna B
Bob Diamond to answer Parliamentary committee on Wednesday. He's threatening to bring the whole ediface down. He knows where the bodies are buried. Should be interesting...
Jeffrey Shaw
Wait for some of the employees to 'sing' (so that journalists can use their 'Nightingale Square' [geddit? Barclays/Berkeley] headlines).
NorthernStar
This situation reminds me of the Jeremy Hunt thing all over again, only this time it's not the Tories arrogant little ****, it's Barclay's arrogant little ****.

llamatron
There was a banker in the comments section metro today (not from investment banking) complaining that they were getting complained at and saying that "show me someone that hasn't broken the law and I will show you a liar" (talking about speeding fines and things)....I get the feeling he doesn't quite understand how big an issue it is:huh:
