jessycar Posted January 24, 2004 Share Posted January 24, 2004 Probably one for the girlies really but I went to keep fit this morning at 10am at the Fire Training Centre (formely known as St. John Fisher's School) on Beaver Hill Rd. £1.80 (I think, my mum paid) for an hours work out. It's mainly aerobic and toning work, it's not too tiring though which is always good. The trainer, Sarah has asked us to spread the word though other wise she will have to cancel the session as there aren't other presently in attendance.
