Harleyman
I hope so.then again the US is Israel's biggest backer. Keeps the balance of power in a very dodgy part of the world. Since Russia and China are Iran's biggest supplier of weaponry then the only deterrent against any Iranian aggression is well armed Israel. I've heard nothing whatsoever on the news here about the Israeli star on the US Flag but if you have to come up with tripe like this to start another thread about Israel so be it. There's always some chump on the SF who'll believe it

Instability and disunification in the middle east is great achievement of the west. Imagine the loss in arms deals and the competition that could be created in peacetime. No wonder the Russians and the Chinese continue to follow a policy of non intervention

The middle east used to be a plaything of Britain and France. Now it's the commies vs the yanks. It's only the locals who suffer.

They'd suffer a lot worse if Iran and Israel went to war with each other. No one is going to mess with Israel if it has the means to defend itself. AMD.... the best guarantee of peace

It's a scary thought though, that the developed nations in the world benefit massively from causing instability elsewhere while espousing messages of peace and freedom. Imagine if Africa and Arabia were allowed to develop and succeed. The west would be out of business.

Imagine if Africa and Arabia were allowed to develop and succeed. The west would be out of business. Much of the strife in both those parts of the world is caused by tribal differences and corruption. How many stories come out of Africa about wars between one faction or another. Rwanda was a prime example.
