A two year old would have a limited vocabulary and understanding of the world and most certainly would not be sensitive to racial implications. You are all talking as if the child could comprehend the actions and are then making out that if they did not comprehend then they should have or they are being coached by someone who does and all without the slightest bit of evidence or personal experience, first hand, of the situation in question. Do you think that if the parent was pulling the strings of this two year old they would then be posting on here about it and asking what one should do ? No child is born racist. We're talking about a girl who can't even talk! Their parents haven't taught her to make monkey noises at black people.
