To my mind they are a Communist degenerative state hell bent on spreading their influence across the globe whilst crushing any opposition, be that political, geographical or economical. Wiping out ecosystems, invading soveriegn countries and trying to influence things from the highest Government, to local festivals that might possibly want to show an anti Chinese government film one afternoon. Personally I consider the spread of Chinese influence across the globe to equally, if not worse, than the spread of radical Islam. A pox, or bird flu, on both their houses.
