Phanerothyme
If you include all those who've ever tried them it's significantly higher I believe. Oh I'd definitely definitely agree. About 10% of the population will use illegal drugs today.

TJC1
What is this drugs problem? I don't see a drugs problem in Sheffield. It's a chaste and quiet place.
Jason Bourne
Now that the government has admitted they are losing the battle on drugs, how do we keep our streets safe? Stopping British troops from turning a blind eye to opium growing in Afghanistan would be a good start...

At which point that opium farmers would want the Taliban back. Better to have a livelihood under extremists than starve under western occupation. Bonzo77
Now that the government has admitted they are losing the battle on drugs, how do we keep our streets safe? They only way I see it is more police and the intelligence services to crack down, but I can't see that happening. More police and intelligence = more money from the tax payer. It also means there's a higher risk for the drug dealers, which leads to an increase in the cose of drugs. Higher prices leads to more crime as addicts will not be able to afford their drugs.
