alteredgemed
From the 'police and criminal evidence act' section 15 (15)Where a vehicle is stopped in a road check, the person in charge of the vehicle at the time when it is stopped shall be entitled to obtain a written statement of the purpose of the road check if he applies for such a statement not later than the end of the period of twelve months from the day on which the vehicle was stopped. Therefore there must be reasonable grounds to stop the vehicle as the filth have to give a written statement within 12 months if applied for. Obelix
From the 'police and criminal evidence act' section 15 (15)Where a vehicle is stopped in a road check, the person in charge of the vehicle at the time when it is stopped shall be entitled to obtain a written statement of the purpose of the road check if he applies for such a statement not later than the end of the period of twelve months from the day on which the vehicle was stopped.. PACE s15 deals with warrants, not what you have written. See http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984/60/section/15 for what s15 actually says. Therefore there must be reasonable grounds to stop the vehicle as the filth have to give a written statement within 12 months if applied for. You've lost all legitimacy to reasonable debate if you are going to indulge in attacks ad hominem.
