I1L2T3 you paint a picture of some kind of utopia in which everyone was well paid and happy before Thatcher came into office. There have always been rich and poor, employed and unemployed, happy and miserable, workers couldn’t have been too happy with their lot before Thatcher or they wouldn’t have had constant strikes.
