Wanting an all inclusive holiday

Recommended Posts

24 might not even be excessive, given the size of some of those hotels.

Have to agree, just booked a hols and upgraded at time of booking. Been charged £33 per person per night.

Read trip advisor and a recent guest said do it at the hotel and it will be about 28 euros thus saving abot £8 per night per person. Soon mounts up.

Does an excessive amount of swimming pools make for a good holiday?

I was using it to show how large the resort actually is. Each one is spread out, has its own snack bar/swim up pool and one is even a water park. So for a family wanting to stay within the resort, i'd say it was probably a good way to ensure a good holiday, yes.

Egypt usually have huge complexes for hotels (usually because there isn't much else there). I've been twice now and wouldn't really recommend Hurghada, but can strongly recommend the Reef Oasis Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. 24 swimming pools...need I say more!

Cant understand why you prefer Sharm to Hurghada the former is a commercialised tourist center with no sign of the real Egypt..Skegness with sun,Hurghada is not as commercial and while its gradually getting that way at least it still has areas of old culture..still I suppose you have to weigh up the reasons for going away...chav holiday...Sharm....want to see a little of the real Egypt ...Hurghada ...There always Luxor ..now that is real Egypt

I'd hardly call myself a chav thank you very much! Not sure why I am having to defend myself, I work hard for my money and will spend it how I please.

I personally preferred Sharm because there was a bit more too it - whereas like you say, Hurgharda is still pretty undeveloped, and to me it wasn't in a "real-egypt" type way.

We've got an all inclusive deal in Morocco booked - a bit of culture for the adults and a pool and tennis courts, games room etc for the boys! Going in a few weeks so will let you know wat it's like when we're back if you haven't booked something already!

I've heard Egypt is a good all inclusive destination too if you don't intend on going out and about much - just getting some sun!
