Cyclone
ETA: and agree with Truman, BMI should not be used as a stand alone method for determining body fat. It shouldn't be used at all, it's misleading for anyone slightly outside the norm for height and for anyone outside the norm for muscle mass. If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would remove 28,402,229 tonnes from the total weight of the world's population You're most like someone from Indonesia* Agree with others though. BMI is a rubbish measure. Although I am thin, I'm likely to be carrying too much fat inside. My cholesterol is too high, even though my diet is quite good.
