Chris_Sleeps
Should Rio now face investigation by the Football Association and moreover, have a case to answer to in the courts? Yes. Absolutely. Its the only fair way [...] What crime has he commited?
Mister M
No Ferdinand shouldn't be charged for reasons given above and I suspect that the OP is engaging in a bit of tit for tat.
BarryRiley
No Ferdinand shouldn't be charged for reasons given above and I suspect that the OP is engaging in a bit of tit for tat. The OP clearly has an agenda judging by his user-name.
AbdullaJones
The OP clearly has an agenda judging by his user-name. Agenda or not the op makes a valid point. Dismissing him as just having an agenda just shows up the flaws in your argument. Not the ops.

Mister M
I find the "choc ice" comment a little confusing because (I think) Ferdinand's mother is white. So I don't understand his logic. He's half white... The term is used to refer to someone as a fake, hardly in the same league as a "F****** black C***"; but hey Ferdinand is mixed race so that make his use of language even more prone to analysis. mj.scuba
Use of "Coconut" (same meaning as Choc-ice) has been enough to find a councillor guilty of racial harrasement in the past. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/7859260/Coconut-insult-councillor-guilty-of-racial-harassment.html

I would disagree, the choc ice comment is more offensive.
Chris_Sleeps
the choc ice comment is more offensive. Why? Too short.
JackLakeland
Why? Too short. One was said in anger and doesn't really mean anything. The other implies that the choc ice is a traitor and that all black people should united against white people whether right or wrong.
