saunaman
Was very concerned when viewing House of Lords' debate today about the Justice and Security Bill .... it seems that the government are proposing closed legal cases where the accused does not even know what they are being accused of , have to sit on a bench outside their own secret trial when they don't know what they are alleged to have done - ok to protect uk security but how far is it going to go ? Think we all need to keep a close eye on this - could be any of us sat on that bench next year ......

Where does it say (in any form of the legislation) that a person (any person) can be tried without charge? By all means keep a close eye on what this (or any other) government does, but please ensure that your accusations are credible.
