Burly Q is excited to announce that for our show on 22nd September we’ll be bringing double the fun, in an evening dedicated to delightful duos and perfect pairings!

We’re thrilled to welcome back one-woman whirlwind and Burlesque Clown extraordinaire, Audacity Chutzpah. Joining Audacity will be all-singing, all-dancing, burlesque and cabaret sensation, Laurie Hagen. Don’t be fooled by their innocent demeanours, for under those smiles lie two of the most devilishly witty burlesque pranksters you ever saw!

Celebrated cabaret artiste, Sarah-Louise Young has performed at the Adelaide Cabaret Festival, Pizza On The Park and Don't Tell Mama in New York. Her award winning solo show Cabaret Whore has played to sell-out houses around the world, and received rave five star reviews and numerous awards. After her standing ovation during her last, (very blue!) appearance at Burly Q, we also welcome back Tricity Vogue. Tricity presents her own blend of slink and sass - the music she likes to call "cheeky jazz".

Making her Burly Q debut is the marvellously monickered Bettina Spankenhaus. Joining us from competing in the World Burlesque Games Triple Crown, prepare to be seduced by phantasmagorical strangers and mythological creatures.

Delight in the speed, sparkle and spectacle of these thoroughly modern Flappers. The Bee’s Knees kick the nineteen twenties into the thoroughly modern day with high-energy Charleston dance, full of humour, style and skill.

Our final act is somewhat of an enigma. Cabaret star. Egocentric. Drag Artiste. Boylesquer. Blurring the boundaries between all things Burly Q holds dear, one thing is sure - Misster Blanche Dubois will confound expectations as we welcome the Mexican Spitfire and a few of his (?) alter egos…

As always the evening will be overseen by compere without compare Penny Dreadful, with DJs Cherryred and Den Iniquity making the dance floor jump, wiggle and shake with their all vinyl set to end the evening.

Burly Q is held at the all-seated Queens Social Club. The venue is just five minutes walk from the centre of Sheffield and the train station. If you are travelling from out of town there is limited free parking available at the venue.

Tickets £15 only via http://www.burlyq.co.uk
