Ghozer
I'm currently looking for some legal advise, it's quite a complicated situation and has been on going for years, but because of it, my life HAS been affected and wouldn't have been giving the situation being better. I can't/won't go into full/further details on here but if anyone can help or can recommend anywhere to go, please lemme know!!
DaFoot
I would imagine that certain situations would require specialist advice. Talk to CAB, if nothing else they will be able to suggest what group of law professional you need to speak to.
cgksheff
All good lawyers offer a free 30 minute initial consultation. Call a few and make some appointments. The larger practices will give you an instant pointer as to which department you want to be talking to.

Most solicitors specialise nowadays.

How can you expect any body to help if they dont know what area you want help with. Probably this is why it has gone on years. Do you need a solicitor Mr Shaw says solicitors specilise in there own field contact a firm like Irwin Mitchell and make an appointment to see the right one. You may qualify for legal aid if the thaught off expence is holding you back.
