E-mails why no charge?

Recommended Posts

Companies are always looking for other ways of boosting profits.

But if you didn't have an e-mail address, people couldn't make money from selling your e-mail address to spammers and all those gentlemen in Nigeria would have no way of getting all that money out of the country.:hihi:

I'm pay as you go...

You are obviously on a contract..How much do they charge you?

5000 text is ridiculous! I send about 30 tex a month.

Well Orange do a payg for £7 a month with texts included, O2 do a £10 a month payg with 100 minutes and unlimited texts. Three are doing a deal for £10 a month with free smartphone.

I'm led to believe you already need a TV licence if you use the internet but don't have a TV!

Who ever led you to believe that was lying or misunderstanding the situation themselves.

You need a TV license for a computer if:

a) it's fitted with a TV reciever card / dongle and connected up

b) you use the PC to watch UK broadcast live TV streams, such as iPlayer / 4OD (not the replay service, just the live feeds).
