New yoga classes in Sheffield

For anybody living in or around the Mosborough area. I am starting a new yoga class on Tuesday evenings at the Joseph Stone community centre from Tuesday 18th September 2012.

 

Joseph Stone Centre, 8 Joseph Stone Court, Mosborough, Sheffield, S20 5FG

 

Class is from 6pm until 7:15pm. Price is £5 or £4 for concessions (Under 18's, Students or Over 60's).

 

These are general level drop-in classes, so there is no need to book, just come along! Beginners are always welcome to start at this class as well with extra help and modifications being given where necessary. Bring your own mat if you have but I have plenty of mats, bricks and blocks which can be used.

For anybody living near the Hunters bar Ecclesall road area, I am starting a new yoga class on Tuesday mornings 9:45 til 11:00am from Tuesday 18th September 2012.

 

Endcliffe Methodist church, Ecclesall Road, Hunters Bar, Sheffield, S11 8PR

 

Price is £5 or £4 concessions (Under 18's, students or over 60's) These are general level, drop-in classes. You don't need to book, just come along! Beginners are always welcome with extra help and modifications being offered as needed.

 

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have, if not I have plenty of yoga mats, bricks and blocks that can be used.
