Do you mean internet searches or contributions of help or finance from nearest and dearest? We had H's naming ceremony in a local hall (similar to a social club) where the beer was going to be a sensible price, and there was plenty of space for kids to play and family members who don't see each other much to socialise it was in the day, we didn't have a DJ (just pre-done CDs through the hall sound system), and we had the same caterers as we'd had for our engagement party We read out some relevant readings (courtesy of some googling) and thanked a few people for their contributions to getting our daughter to the point we were at You decide if you want something to rival a royal wedding or just enough space to gather family and friends together in celebration Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
