medusa
Late, very late If you took the amount of sedatives that I do then you'd sleep a lot as well.
woai00cy
An early walk in the park..or just an early walk. Good for you and can get you motivated. You just give me a good idea. Instead of an early walk, i would like to run in the morning, savouring fresh air and sweating.

woai00cy
I generally get up at 6.30 during the week, since I have to be at work at 8am. Sometimes I lay in until 7am. Trouble is I've got used to it, so I am wide awake at 6.30 on weekends too I guess it is a good habit, just keep it.
woai00cy
Ideally I'd like to go to bed at about 2am and get up at about one in the afternoon, unfortunatley have to be at work at 8:30 so go to bed at 12:00 and up at 7:30. 2 am? Are you prefer to be a night-worker?
woai00cy
Up at 0600 hrs and bed at 2300 hrs every day for me, occasionally a bit later to bed if there's something on TV worth watching. You get a good habit. I only do it when it is summer time, and i don't get up until 8 am in Winter.

fake
No rule, it depends on what time I go to bed. Got up today at 1pm but didn't get to bed till around 4:
medusa
Why did you need to take sedatives, insomnia? They're painkillers from my palliative care consultant, for an increasing range of things that are going very wrong. I was a very good sleeper before I was ill, but now I can sleep from 9 hours when I'm well to 15 hours a day when I'm really ill. No matter what time I get up in the morning I'll also have at least one nap during the day.
taxman
Usually I'm awake and up at 6am. I used to be able to sleep in until 11-12 on weekends but find I can't do that anymore, once I'm awake I might as well get up.
