fozzybear210 Posted August 5, 2012 Share Posted August 5, 2012 Depends, as I work shifts. On an early week I'll be up around 0430 so bed around 2200 the night before. Late shifts give me a lie in but because I'm used to getting up, I'm awake around 0700 even though I'll have finished around midnight - 0100. However, it's nothing to do with 'lifestyle' choices, but more to do with bodily functions! (needing a pee). When I was a teenager I could seriously sleep for England!
