Frustration at Insurance Company

There's a possible complaint about how long it took to pick up the car, but even that is a bit weak... There's definitely no complaint about the service, MOT or insurance being due whilst the car is in the garage, they aren't even an issue.

The MOT may not be an issue but the insurer should let the OP know that there is no problem and reassure them, seems like very poor customer relations to me.
