UnkleBob Posted August 14, 2012 Share Posted August 14, 2012 does anyone have any experience of this? i'm a regular bloke, been using the gym for 5 years or so and managed to attain a certain level of fitness, enough to run for up to 40 minutes at a modest pace. Earlier this year though i began having excrutiating knee pains and was diagnosed with the above, basically my kneecap is banging about in the socket and it's caused by a muscular imbalance on my legs. My physio has given me lots of exercises to stretch the IT band and strengthen the opposite muscle on the inner thighs. My question is, does the physio work or is it just a sham?
