hmr44
Hi I did meditation once and really liked it and I was really relaxed for ages after, and I've just seen there are classes starting near the Cathedral. Does anybody go to a class like this? xxx
n_tomo
I attended a series of classes at hunters bar by janem on this site. She seems very knowledgeable, i'd perhaps try pm'ing her. Very good for stilling the mind, becoming more centered and aware. I only recently learned a part of my tai chi which is dedicated to meditation, i've been practicing that regularly. pattricia
I meditate at home and still find this good as it clears the mind.
