NicolaL Posted August 16, 2012 Share Posted August 16, 2012 My hose reel won't fully rewind. It's only about 4 years old & I really don't want to shell out for a new one. I've tried pulling it right out many times in hope that it would sort itself out but no luck. Has anyone had a similar experience & managed to resolve it please? Doesn't seem much about it on the internet, although someone mentions that the case is held together by Torx screws (like Posi-drive but have star shaped heads) so if you have friends who are good at diy then they might be able to open it up.
