PeteMorris Posted August 28, 2012 Share Posted August 28, 2012 My alarm woke me at 6:00am this morning. I did the usual ablutions, scratching of other things, went downstairs, put the kettle on. Put the BBC news on. By this time it was 6:15. Breakfast news came on, and Bill and Susanna commenced their news program at 6:15am (unusual I thought). But the BBC clock said it was 6:00am, their timepiece continued to be out of syc with the rest of the planet until (real time) 6:30...then all of a sudden it whizzed forward by 15 mins. I thought I was going nuts! I checked my watch, the chiming clock, the internet and they all said the same, but the BBC managed to get it wrong by a full 15 mins.
