Medical Question - Is It Normal Not Having A Poo For Over A Week?

Recommended Posts

Maybe he is a slug and his bowel movements aren't the same as ours:hihi::hihi: Good evening your highness, where have you been?:D:love:

I became lost in Skeggy love!! It could well be. My friend reckons my corrupting influence might have given him this complaint :(

What's normal for your friend?

How frequently someone "goes" varies from person to person. Some people "go" a couple of times a day, others can go days and days, without "going". and you'll find people at all points between the two points.

Was he normally "regular". and suddenly stopped "going"? Or is it that he normally doesn't "go" for a week?

If he thinks it's a problem, the best thing to do is for him to ask his GP about it. If you have changed bowel habits for over a couple of weeks, or are encountering bleeding, then the recommendation is to seek your GP's advice.
