The Merry Hell Comedy Club returns this Thursday at the Greystones with a cracking double headlining bill of comedy. Kevin Dewsbury hosts Craig Muray and Last Laugh stalwart Martin Mor returning from a sell out Edinburgh Fringe run.

KEVIN DEWSBURY

Kevin is from Cheshire, though often mistaken as being from Yorkshire due to his ridiculous northern accent. He performs all over the UK comedy clubs, universities and festivals.

 

Kevin is also an actor recently appearing as a Circus Clown in Martin Scorsese‘s recent film ‘The Invention of Hugo Cabret‘. He is currently working on a sketch comedy project ’Bungo Menebla’ and his new solo show ‘In…sane’ based on the real life events of suffering (then recovering from) a nervous breakdown.

Yeah, him off the Plusnet adverts. Hailing from Dewsbury, West Yorkshire (a town otherwise famous for international terrorists, fake kidnaps and 'Britain's Best Market'), charming northerner Craig is currently one of the hottest rising talents on the comedy circuit.

 

Craig cut his comedy teeth as resident compere at award-winning London club The Funny Side...of Covent Garden sharing a stage with some of the very best comedy acts in the business including Harry Hill, Stewart Lee and even Hollywood legend Robin Williams.
